DESIGN-MATERIALS-BUILD™

Design

Your Natural Element Home™ begins with its very design, and we have assembled outstanding designer portfolios to inspire you. From cabins to castles, our designs are rich in architectural features that lead to a stunning designer home. Chances are that one of these exceptional designs will be just right for your lifestyle and building site. If plan modifications are desired, we will be happy to make changes for you. Or you may desire to create your Natural Element Home™ design from scratch, and our in-house Architect and Premier Designers can make this happen for you. Whichever method of plan development you choose, Designer or Custom, you'll enjoy using our Virtual Design Center™ to interact and collaborate on your project. The Virtual Design Center™ allows you to view your plans via high-speed internet and speak directly with our designers as you watch your desired changes made via your own computer screen. You don't have to operate any software at all; simply follow a web link, sit back, relax and watch your computer screen. Speak directly with the drafter, builder, and Building Consultant as you watch us make your changes in real-time. It's Fast! It's Efficient! And Fun too!

Materials

As your plans get underway, you may use the Natural Element Home™ Style Guide to view the many materials options available and to make your selections of key architectural elements to be used in your home. The most common system used to create a Natural Element Home is to blend beautiful timbers, beams and log elements with conventional construction methods. We call this technique the Hybrid Building System™. The log and timber elements become focal points of the home and take it far above an ordinary home. All of the Natural Elements™ are reclaimed, recovered, recycled or renewable.

Many of the Natural Elements™ are factory-built from rare and unique materials to allow the builder to simply install on the jobsite. No longer does the builder have to invent each architectural element designated by the designer. The factory-built elements are simply assembled, trimmed to fit and installed on the jobsite. This yields custom craftsman construction without all the labor costs.

Our exclusive collection of Natural Elements™ may be combined with our Hybrid Building System®, our Log Wall Systems, our Timber Frame Systems, or some combination thereof to create an extraordinary Natural Element Home™. Talk about curb appeal, your Natural Element Home™ will be the envy of the neighborhood.

Builders are supported throughout construction, and on-site and off-site technical assistance and training is available for all builders. Our factory-built wall systems and Natural Elements™ further provide for a pleasurable building experience for you and the builder.

The Natural Element Home™ project, from design to delivery to completion will be coordinated with the builder for a smooth build. Communications are streamlined and progress is monitored for maximum efficiency and customer comfort.
